این مرکز با بیش از یک دهه فعالیت و با بهرگیری از کادری مجرب آماده ارائه خدمات گوناگون در ارتباط با سلامتی به هموطنان عزیز در داخل و خارج از کشور می باشد.
با عضویت در سایت ما می توانید از خدمات و امکانات مختلف آن استفاده نمایید.
در حال حاضر این سایت به زبان فارسی طراحی شده است ولی در آینده نزدیک زبان های دیگری نیز بدان افزوده خواهد شد.
همچنین در آینده نزدیک خدماتی همچون دریافت رژیم از طریق اینترنت، پرداخت آنلاین و مواردی مشابه به قابلیت های سایت اضافه خواهد شد.

کاهش وزن ،درست غذا خوردن می باشد،نه غذا نخوردن.روش صحیح غذا خوردن و داشتن استیل و سبک صحیح رفتاری روزانه ،حفظ فواصل منظم غذایی،کاهش استرس های روزانه ،با آرامش غذا خوردن ،استفاده از برنامه تغذیه صحیح همراه با فیبر غذایی مناسب ،ورزش منظم ولو کوتاه روزانه،استفاده کمتر از fast food،کاهش مصرف روغن جامد و همچنین الگوهای صحیح رفتاری روزانه مانند پیاده روی روزانه،استفاده از پله به جای آسانسور و یا پرهیز از نشستن های طولانی مدت پشت کامپیوتر و یا استفاده کمتر از کنترل های تلویزیون و غیره.برنامه های منظم شاد ورزشی از دوچرخه سواری تا کوهنوردی همگی از عوامل موثر در کاهش وزن  و حفظ وزن ایده آل می باشند.

در مقالات آینده هر یک را به تفصیل شرح خواهیم داد.و راجع به علل مقاومت بدن به رژیم نیز توضیح خواهیم داد.

یک صبحانه خوب برای فرد دیابتی میتواند یک عدد تخم مرغ به همراه کمی سالاد با مصرف نان کم یا بدون نان باشد ، یا مصرف کمی نان سبوس دار با مقداری پنیر ، یا مصرف شیر همراه با کمی نان ،یا مصرف کمی عدسی یا خوراک لوبیا همراه با سبزیجات مثل هویج وقارچ
در میان وعده ها میتوان از میوه هایی مثل سیب ،گلابی ، خیار ،پرتقال، هلو و شلیل یا از ترکیباتی مثل ماست وخیار که بسیار مناسب برای دیابتیهاست استفاده شود
در میان گوشتها که برای وعده های اصلی میتوان استفاده کرد،ماهی نسبتا آهستهو به ملایمت قند خون را بالا میبرد.
استفاده از مرغ نیز مناسب است.
گوشت قرمز معمولا بعد ازدد ساعت فاصله زمانی باعث افزایش قند خون میشود، بنابراین بهتر است زمان مصرف آن را به گونه ای تنظیم فرمائید
که بالا رفتن قند خون شما همراه با زمان اثر بخشی دارو باشد.
مصرف غلات وسبزیجات بهتر است توام باشد.
آب میوه خیلی سریع و شدید قند خون را بالا میبرد واگر انسولین مصرف میکنید باید مصرف آن نزدیک به موقعی باشد که انسولین شما بالاترین زمان اثر بخشی را دارد.
هندوانه ،خربزه،انگور،انجیر ،انبه و خرما میوه هایی هستند که قند خون را بسیار زیاد بالا میبرند.
مصرف سبزیجات همیشه برای همه خصوصا دیابتی ها توصیه میشود.
در میان غذاهای نشاسته ای حبوبات،آهسته تر میزان قند خون را بالا میبرد،مثل نخود خصوصا اگر همراه با پوست مصرف شود.(چنانچه دستگاه گوارش شما را ناراحت نمیکند).
روغن بهتر است در رژیم دیابتی ها زیاد مصرف نشود و چربیها بهتر است به صورت هموژن باشد ، مصرف غذاهایی با چربی زیاد در هنگام شام یا آخر شب میتواند قند ناشتای شما را به میزان زیادی افزایش دهد.
تاحد امکان از مصرف قند و شکر وشکلات و شیرینی پرهیز فرمائید و چای را با شیرینی خودتان میل کنید.
البته لازم است مناسب با میزان مصرف دارو ونتیجه آزمایش قند خون شما نوع و میزان مصرف مواد غذایی در رژیم برای شخص شما محاسبه شود.
